I’m Dulsey Stewart, also known as Miss D, a children’s yoga teacher, author, and passionate advocate for helping children embrace their superpowers. My mission is to provide children and adults alike with tools to navigate emotions, reduce stress, and celebrate individuality through mindfulness, movement, and creativity.

BUY this book today!! My daughter is 10 and struggles with anxiety. This book has been wonderful for her. The writing exercises are so good! She had surgery a few weeks ago and told me she used techniques from this book to help her stay calm! Do NOT hesitate to purchase this book!
